Welcome to LeevaInvoicing.com, a service operated by [Leverage Multimedia and Networks Ltd] (“LeevaInvoicing,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and all related products and services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use LeevaInvoicing.
1. Definitions
“User,” “you,” or “your” means any individual or entity using the Service.
“Account” means the registration profile created to use LeevaInvoicing features.
“Client Data” means any content, invoice, financial, or personal data uploaded or entered by you or your clients.
“Service” refers to all platforms, websites, and apps owned by LeevaInvoicing that provide invoicing, receipts, analytics, and business management functions.
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
- Have the authority to enter into binding agreements if acting on behalf of a business.
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
3. Account Registration & Security
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
- You agree to notify us immediately at [support@LeevaInvoicing.com] of any unauthorized use or breach of security.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Description of Service
LeevaInvoicing provides cloud-based tools to:
- Generate and manage invoices, receipts, and estimates,
- Track payments and expenses,
- Manage clients and business records,
- Access data analytics and reports, and
- Integrate with third-party payment gateways or accounting tools.
We continuously improve the Service and may modify, enhance, or discontinue certain features without prior notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive activities,
- Upload, share, or store malicious code, viruses, or harmful content,
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person,
- Infringe any intellectual property or data privacy rights,
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to extract data from the Service, or
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of LeevaInvoicing.
Violation of this section may lead to account suspension or termination and may be reported to relevant law enforcement under Nigerian law.
6. Subscription, Fees & Payment
- Certain features require a paid subscription (“Paid Plan”).
- Subscription fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are displayed during checkout.
- Payments are processed via secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors.
- All fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days’ notice to existing customers.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data in compliance with:
- The Nigeria Data Protection Act (2023),
- The Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR), and
- The EU GDPR, where applicable.
By using LeevaInvoicing, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content, design, software, and trademarks on LeevaInvoicing are owned by [LeevaInvoicing Limited] or its licensors.
- You retain ownership of your Client Data, but grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and process that data solely for providing the Service.
- You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or sell any part of our platform without written permission.
9. Confidentiality
We treat all Client Data and business information as confidential and will not disclose it except:
- As required by law or regulation,
- To provide the Service (through authorized subprocessors under contract), or
- With your explicit consent.
10. Third-Party Integrations
LeevaInvoicing may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, CRMs).
- Use of such integrations is at your discretion.
- Third-party terms and privacy policies apply to those services.
- We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party integrations.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You breach these Terms,
- Fail to pay applicable fees, or
- Engage in activity that threatens our platform or other users.
Upon termination:
- Your right to access the Service ends immediately,
- We may retain necessary data as required by law or delete your account and related information.

12. Disclaimers
- The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or data accuracy.
- LeevaInvoicing is not responsible for losses caused by misuse, system errors, or unauthorized access.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- LeevaInvoicing and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill).
- Our total liability arising from any claim will not exceed the total amount paid by you in the previous 12 months of service.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeevaInvoicing, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, damage, loss, or expense arising from your:
- Violation of these Terms,
- Misuse of the Service, or
- Infringement of any third-party right.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
For EU users, local mandatory data protection rights under GDPR remain unaffected.
16. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, cyberattacks, government actions, war, or strikes).
17. Modifications
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
